Hotel Malla Inn is only 30 minutes drive from Tribhuvan International Airport. The hotel is situated in front of famous Bhaktapur Durbar Square Gate. Bhaktapur is an ancient city and renowned for its elegant arts, temples, fabulous nature and culture, colorful festivals, traditional dances and the indigenous lifestyle of Newar community. The city is also known as an open museum and listed as a World Heritage Site where one can find houses with traditional design and craftsmanship. The house is completely rebuilt in 2018 adopting entirely modern multi-hazard resilient technology to resist earthquake by maintaining traditional archeological design from 15th century. The property belongs to the descendants of ‘Malla king’ family of Bhaktapur. It is our great honor to mention that the king, Bhupatindra Malla, who built most of the afore-mentioned temples and monuments, was the ancestor born six generation before the hotel owner (Source: Mallas’ Family Tree, 2001).
The Hotel is situated at descent pollution free location having ten air conditioned rooms with en-suited well equipped bathrooms. All the rooms are furnished with 8 inches pocket spring mattresses. The rooms are having Smart/Google Television sets with uninterrupted WIFI service. There are four deluxe rooms in the hotel with a small pantry with necessary amenities for long stay guests.
The hotel serves typical Nepali and Newari cuisines in the restaurant with moderate price tags. The bar is having a wide range of local and imported drinks to cater its valued guests.
